🔄 I don’t like my camera — can I return it?

If your camera is working properly or you just dont like it and you’d like to return it, we’ve got you covered!
Just email us and we’ll walk you through the return process.

⚡ My digicam won’t turn on!

Try these quick steps before assuming it’s defective:

  1. Charge the battery fully using the included universal charger.
  2. Make sure the charger and battery are properly connected (put the prong on the + & - contacts on the battery)

🔍 Will your fisheye lens work with my camcorder?

Most likely, yes! (If your camcorder has a threaded lens)
You can find your camcorder’s lens filter diameter in its manual or under Specifications online.
Our fisheye lens fits 37mm threads, but you can use step-up rings for smaller sizes.

🎞 How do I transfer footage from my retro camcorder?

Older camcorders may save videos in file formats that aren’t recognized by modern devices.

  • On a computer: View and export your videos into standard formats (.MOV or .MP4)
  • On a phone: If videos don’t show in your Files app, use the VLC app to open them and scrren record to save to your camera roll.

📦 My tracking says “Delivered,” but I can’t find my package.

Once we drop your order off with the carrier, delivery is handled by them.
If your package says “delivered” but isn’t there:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors.
  2. Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early).
